Lead talent operations for the digital infrastructure and technology organization in Bangalore, aligning local efforts with global strategic initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs within defined SLAs and cost parameters.
• Lead and manage a team of 8-12 recruitment specialists, including hiring, training, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and data insights.
• Oversee high-impact recruitment projects, specifically focusing on technology and volume hiring.
• Optimize recruitment processes and employer branding to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven expertise in offshore recruitment management and volume hiring.
• Hands-on experience in technology recruitment and IT consulting hiring practices.
• Proficiency in recruitment data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using PowerBI for data-driven decision making.
• Strong background in employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
