You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate support, pharmaceutical, and R&D business functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment processes and stakeholder expectations.
• Recruit across corporate support, pharmaceutical, and R&D business functions.
• Deliver talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide advisory guidance and counsel to client groups beyond standard recruitment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional.
• Proven expertise in recruiting within project-focused, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and talent management.
• Ability to manage business relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in human resources and professional recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated capability to act in an advisory and consultative capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level qualification.
