You manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment cycles for the industrial sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle recruitment for industrial, mining, and OEM clients.
• Develop and execute sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Provide market expertise to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate engagement to ensure proactive service delivery.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects to improve processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
• Specialised experience in blue-collar recruitment within industrial, mining, or OEM sectors.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Strong candidate management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in changing environments.
• Process-oriented approach to recruitment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience moving from agency recruitment to a client-side business partnering role.
• K knowledge of recognition programs.
