Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including ETL Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for specialized technical positions.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from requisition to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for ETL, Data Architecture, or Project Management roles.
• Existing network of technical talent in the Pune area.
