You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Hexagon’s hiring needs in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions within the 2-5 year experience band.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for technical or specialized roles.
