- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to fill vacancies across the business.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient hiring processes.
- Build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
- Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and client service.
- Implement new approaches to sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques to improve outcomes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment within the PH market.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience handling multiple entities.
- Technical recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in talent sourcing and relationship development.
- Tech-savvy with experience using power tools for recruitment.
- Any Graduate degree.
