You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support vacancies across multiple business entities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to fill vacancies across the business.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient hiring processes.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and client service.
  • Implement new approaches to sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques to improve outcomes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record in talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment within the PH market.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience handling multiple entities.
  • Technical recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in talent sourcing and relationship development.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using power tools for recruitment.
  • Any Graduate degree.
