Description

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical vacancies across multiple business entities in the Philippines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to fill technical vacancies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient hiring processes.
• Build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and client service.
• Implement new approaches to sourcing platforms and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment within the PH market.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience handling multiple entities.
• Technical recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in talent sourcing and relationship development.
• Tech-savvy with experience using power tools for recruitment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
