You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical vacancies across multiple business entities in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all technical vacancies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient hiring processes.
• Build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
• Implement new sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques to improve outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the PH market.
• Proven track record in technical recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different entities.
• Expertise in interviewing and talent management.
• Proficiency in human resources processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
