Description

Join a highly collaborative team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and help us drive end-to-end recruitment across our client’s different entities. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with senior leaders, and business partners.

What you’ll do:

 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to support all vacancies across the business
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Promote exceptional client service and a best-in-class candidate experience
• Keep up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape
• Continually look for new and innovative ways to drive quality outcomes
  
   

You’ll be someone who can bring:

 

• Extensive experience in recruitment, technical hiring experience preferred
• Experience in talent sourcing and driving end-to-end recruitment in PH market
• Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
