Description

You will manage logistics and administrative workflows to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high volumes of interviews, including hiring manager coordination and feedback gathering.
• Manage candidate records and ensure all recruitment processes are accurately tracked and closed in internal systems.
• Handle administrative recruiting functions such as document management, onboarding, offer letters, and background check collection.
• Post open positions to job boards and maintain organized candidate lists and status updates.
• Organize candidate travel itineraries and ensure all feedback is structured for review.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Recruiting, or Project Management.
• Experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist role focusing on scheduling and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage business stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively with teams both inside and outside of HR.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Project Management.
