Description

You will provide operational support to Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists across Asia and Australia, managing the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Arrange interviews, conduct background checks, and administer psychometric assessments for candidates.
• Generate new starter paperwork and manage ongoing HR administration tasks.
• Support recruitment teams across the APAC and ANZ regions with daily operational needs.
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment administration or HR support.
• Proven experience with interview scheduling and conducting candidate assessments.
• Experience managing background checks within APAC, ANZ, or EMEA regions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to navigate large and complex business environments effectively.
• Strong communication skills for direct candidate engagement.
• Background in Human Resources or Recruiting functions.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
