You will manage the logistical and administrative aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule panel interviews and distribute agendas.
Manage the candidate experience by serving as the primary point of contact for queries and onsite or virtual interview logistics.
Maintain the Workday ATS to ensure data accuracy and generate required reporting.
Oversee pre-employment requirements including background checks, physicals, and drug tests, including investigating and adjudicating background check issues.
