Description

You will provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, managing recruitment workflows, onboarding, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, background checks, psychometric assessments, and new starter paperwork.
• Respond to recruitment queries from managers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
• Deliver customer service to candidates, the TA team, HRBPs, and key client stakeholders.
• Support TA projects and process improvement initiatives through proactive administrative assistance.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and maintain accurate system administration records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TA administration, recruitment, or generalist HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources and recruiting processes.
• Proven ability in interviewing coordination and administrative assistance.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in system administration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within deadline-driven environments.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
