Description
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles based on-site in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn and Naukri.com for candidate sourcing.
- Proficiency in social media sourcing and professional networking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in SAP hiring.
