Description

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles based on-site in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn and Naukri.com for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in social media sourcing and professional networking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in SAP hiring.
