Description

You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and client communications within the HR domain. You own the full scope of workforce administration, from benefits and compensation to case management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including benefits, rewards, compensation, and workforce administration.
• Handle case management, helpdesk queries, and HR-related issue resolution for clients.
• Perform system data entry and maintain accurate records within HRIS platforms.
• Communicate with clients daily via phone, chat, and email to provide solutions for complex problems.
• Generate client reporting and maintain data integrity using Excel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills for data management and problem-solving.
• Experience in workforce administration and case management.
• Effective communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale workforce administration and helpdesk operations.
