Description

Lead sales and IT recruitment strategy for product hiring, managing a team of recruiters and owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to define role-specific competencies and fulfill hiring needs for sales and IT roles.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using AI-powered tools, referrals, and networking to attract high-performing candidates.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, optimizing their productivity and adherence to hiring goals.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure candidate alignment through rigorous screening, assessments, and interview coordination while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of proven experience in IT and product recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
• Expertise in head-hunting, networking, and building long-term relationships with passive job seekers.
• Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and traditional sourcing methods.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting recruitment metrics (TTF, retention, revenue contribution).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related domain.
