Description

You will lead the recruitment function and manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle in Nagpur.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies to close talent gaps.
• Lead and supervise the recruiting team to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output.
• Design employer branding activities and manage employee referral programs to attract candidates.
• Manage the full selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and administering psychological tests.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to forecast hiring needs and evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
• Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment marketing tools.
• Experience in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis of hiring needs and recruitment metrics.
• Proven track record of managing selection processes and interviewing.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization.
• Any Graduate degree.
