Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and provide strategic direction to hiring managers and HRBPs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across all business levels.
• Execute talent sourcing and attraction processes to ensure best practice delivery.
• Partner with the sourcing team to develop and refine recruitment workflows.
• Act as a consultative advisor to client groups to drive hiring results.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, including brand awareness and candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and executive talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in interviewing and full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management and business relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in an advisory and consultative capacity with senior leaders.
• Process orientation with a focus on delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health/goods sectors.
