Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate support, pharmaceutical, and R&D business units. Provide direction to Hiring Managers and HRBPs on go-to-market strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with the Sourcing Team to deliver talent attraction processes. Serve as a consultative advisor to drive recruitment results and improve candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical, R&D, and corporate support roles.
• Advise Hiring Managers and HRBPs on recruitment strategies and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team on talent attraction and brand awareness initiatives.
• Manage the complete interview and onboarding lifecycle for critical hires.
• Drive recruitment results through effective business relationship management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and executive talent acquisition.
• Expertise in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Proven ability in business relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in talent management and human resources operations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health/goods sectors.
