Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate support, pharmaceutical, and R&D business units while advising stakeholders on talent strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for corporate, pharmaceutical, and R&D roles.
• Advise Hiring Managers and HRBPs on recruitment strategies and stakeholder management.
• Partner with the Sourcing Team to drive talent attraction and brand awareness.
• Manage the complete interview and onboarding lifecycle for critical hires.
• Improve candidate experience through effective business relationship management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate and executive talent acquisition.
• Expertise in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Proven ability in business relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in talent management and human resources operations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health/goods sectors.
