You will lead US IT recruitment efforts while managing complex assignments and meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex work assignments independently from start to finish.
• Review progress, evaluate results, and provide regular updates to management.
• Juggle multiple recruitment assignments while adhering to delivery timelines.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with database management and email.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
