Description

You will lead recruitment strategies and end-to-end hiring processes across manufacturing, trading, pharma, and paint sectors.

Responsibilities

• Execute a process-oriented approach to recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding.
• Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align talent acquisition with departmental goals.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial shortlisting to successful onboarding.
• Utilize various job portals and HR tools to source and engage talent.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of overall experience, with at least 14 years focused on Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, trading, pharma, or paint organizations with a focus on the African market.
• Expertise in LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong background in candidate management and global talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability in shortlisting and strategic recruiting.
• Experience presenting to and consulting with executive-level stakeholders.
• MBA, PGDM in HR, or CIPD 5-7 certification.
