Lead recruitment strategies and end-to-end hiring processes across manufacturing, trading, pharma, and paint sectors.

Execute a process-oriented approach to recruitment, candidate management, and onboarding. Partner with executives and key stakeholders to align talent acquisition with departmental goals. Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial shortlisting to successful onboarding. Utilize various job portals and HR tools to source and engage talent.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of overall experience, with at least 14 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, trading, pharma, or paint organizations.
• Focus on the African market.
• Expertise in LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong background in candidate management and global talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability in shortlisting and strategic recruiting.

Education

• MBA, PGDM in HR, or CIPD 5-7 certification.
