You will lead recruitment efforts for both IT and Non-IT domains, managing a team of recruiters to meet organizational hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for IT (Infrastructure, Networking, Data & Analytics, Emerging Technologies) and Non-IT (Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations) roles.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, conducting performance reviews and managing KPIs.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to timely position closure.
Partner with senior leadership and department heads to forecast workforce requirements and report on recruitment metrics.
Manage external vendors and third-party agencies to fulfill niche hiring requirements.
Refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and incorporate DEI principles.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within the IT industry.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and team management.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Ability to build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
