Description

You will lead recruitment for IT and Non-IT domains, managing a team to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies for IT (Infrastructure, Networking, Data & Analytics) and Non-IT (Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations) roles.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, including performance reviews and KPI management.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to timely position closure.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce requirements and report on recruitment metrics.
• Manage external vendors and third-party agencies for niche hiring and refine processes to improve efficiency and DEI.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment within the IT industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and team management.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Ability to build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
