You will lead full-cycle recruitment for a professional services group in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for ongoing needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience working with professional services or BFSI clients is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.
