You manage the full lifecycle recruitment process to identify and hire qualified technical talent.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and identify upcoming openings.
• Write job descriptions and manage postings across relevant media platforms.
• Screen applicants for competency and coordinate telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Conduct background and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Present qualified resumes to hiring managers and manage the offer and paperwork process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Science.
• Solid understanding of technology and technical skill sets.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with technology recruitment.
