Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical talent within the US market.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using social media research, internet tools, and outside contacts.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule technical interviews with Recruiting Managers.
• Validate consultant experience by contacting professional references.
• Execute high-volume outreach, making approximately 100 calls per day.
• Educate consultants on visa and immigration processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Deep knowledge of US visa types including US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, H1B, CPT, OPT, and L2 EAAD.
• Expertise in sourcing H1B transfers and CPT/OPT candidates.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build sourcing plans and utilize phone screening techniques.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in proactively networking to establish professional working relationships.
