You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a product enterprise client in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-life cycle recruiting from sourcing to hiring.
• Manage interviewing processes and candidate evaluations.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring.
• Proven experience in employer branding.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• HR or Recruitment certifications.
