You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct thorough assessments to identify best-fit talent.
• Coordinate and schedule the interview process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, job boards, and recruitment agencies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications against technical requirements.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
