Description

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and select Non-IT domains within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing techniques using job boards, social media, and professional networks to build talent pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial role briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment solutions with specific technical requirements.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit while coordinating the interview process.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding hiring progress, market trends, and salary benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 2-8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and recruitment.
• Sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including software engineering, analytics, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
• Any Graduate degree.
