Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet current and future staffing requirements for the Hyderabad office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and job boards.
• Manage the full interview and selection lifecycle, including screening, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Design job descriptions, interview questions, and selection protocols.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in candidate screening, interviewing, and selection methods.
• Strong skills in sourcing via social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Ability to perform forecasting for departmental hiring needs.
• Experience in employer branding and corporate hiring.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Experience leading employer branding initiatives and organizing recruitment events or job fairs.
• Ability to maintain talent networks and long-term relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates.
