You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, specialist, and volume roles, specifically focusing on engineering and management positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to design and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to deliver efficient hiring processes.
• Drive talent acquisition projects and regional initiatives.
• Provide advisory and consultative guidance to business functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume projects, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong business relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage relationships across all levels of a business.
• Experience in RPO environments.
• Demonstrated capability in relationship development.
• Any Graduate degree.
