You manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, specialist, and volume roles, with a specific focus on engineering and management positions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to design and implement targeted recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to drive talent acquisition projects and regional initiatives.
• Provide advisory and consultative guidance to business functions to improve hiring outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume projects, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong business relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage relationships effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience working in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments.
• Demonstrated capability in relationship development.
