Description

You manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering through onboarding.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including offer negotiation and ATS maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements.
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Source candidates using online channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and GitHub.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, specifically CEIPAL.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment analytics.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles under strict deadlines.
