Description

You will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute the talent acquisition plan and build team structures to meet cost-effective recruitment goals.
• Source candidates through social media, external recruiters, and in-house channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee candidate screening, background checks, and salary negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance to align recruitment approvals with global headcount planning and budgets.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to interpret and understand complex IT job descriptions.
• Expertise in IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
• Experience building talent pipelines through regular networking and professional networking sites.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines to reduce time-to-hire.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
