Description

You will manage the talent acquisition strategy and execution for Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to candidate negotiations.
• Build and manage the TA team structure to ensure cost-effective hiring.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define requirements and collaborate with Finance on headcount and budget approvals.
• Source candidates via social media, external recruiters, and professional networking sites.
• Manage candidate screening and background checks for shortlisted applicants.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to interpret complex IT job descriptions.
• Expertise in IT recruitment and professional networking.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and talent pools to reduce time-to-hire.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage recruitment fulfillment deadlines.
