Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Malaysia and Singapore, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align with finance on headcount and budget approvals.
• Build and manage the TA team structure to ensure cost-effective hiring operations.
• Source candidates via social media, external recruiters, and professional networking sites.
• Manage candidate screening, background checks, and fulfillment deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to interpret complex IT job descriptions.
• Expertise in IT recruitment channels and professional networking.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and talent pools to reduce time-to-hire.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
