Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for tax and accounting positions.
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating hiring manager schedules.
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate ATS data.
• Building talent pools for BFSI and professional services sectors.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience hiring for BFSI or professional services industries.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
