Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for tax and accounting roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager schedules.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Build talent pools for BFSI and professional services sectors.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience hiring for BFSI or professional services industries.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for international client services.
