Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels to build a steady talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to final selection.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruitment.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong skills in screening and interviewing candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to join within an immediate to 15-day notice period.
