Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within a software company environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition through to candidate onboarding.
• Source profiles using job portals and employ headhunting strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to assess candidate fit and expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as an IT recruiter.
• Experience working within a software company.
• Hands-on experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proven ability to source, headhunt, and engage passive talent.
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diversity hiring initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and using social media to analyze hiring trends.
