You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, managing end-to-end hiring processes for various roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance.
• Manage candidate scheduling and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines and complex scheduling.
• Experience executing targeted sourcing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any discipline.
