You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar manufacturing roles in Selangor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume blue-collar manufacturing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline and deliver efficient recruitment processes.
• Manage multiple stakeholders through advisory and consultative engagement.
• Lead talent acquisition projects and internal recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment projects.
• Expertise in blue-collar recruitment within manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Ability to manage business relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Human Resources and recruitment workflows.
• Degree or graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting within the consumer health or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
