Responsibilities

• Align with Business Heads and leadership to construct hiring plans and strategies that meet company objectives.
• Develop and implement efficient talent acquisition strategies to improve recruitment outcomes and business performance.
• Manage workforce planning and resource forecasting in collaboration with business teams to establish recruitment timelines.
• Lead all levels of hiring, from entry-level to leadership, including infrastructure hiring.
• Track all recruitment activities within the ATS and manage the annual recruitment budget.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience post-MBA from a reputable B-school.
• Proven experience leading hiring for a company through a scaling phase.
• Experience managing a large TA team.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure hiring across multiple levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside CXO teams.
• Experience leading campus hiring and building college relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for managing data and budgets.
• Experience managing job boards, payroll vendors, and developing/managing recruitment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing external partnerships with recruitment firms and HR software vendors.
• Ability to handle ambiguous requirements.
