Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment to identify and hire active and passive candidates for the Singapore and Malaysian markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategies to fill vacancies while meeting timelines and minimizing costs.
• Source qualified candidates through employee referrals, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Qualify candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based screening.
• Build talent pipelines and pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with workforce plans.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of all candidate interactions within the ATS.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting specifically for the Singapore and Malaysian markets.
• Experience using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in managing candidate pipelines and sourcing via social media and professional networks.
• Experience maintaining data integrity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to manage the end-to-end candidate experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
