You will manage full-cycle recruitment to identify and secure active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting strategies to fill vacancies while meeting timelines and minimizing costs.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.
• Qualify candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based screening.
• Build talent pipelines and pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with workforce plans.
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a professional hiring process.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage recruitment timelines and quality of hire metrics.
• Any Graduate degree.
