Manage full-cycle recruitment to meet departmental hiring needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Facilitate the selection process, including interview coordination, reference checks, and extending offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
