Description

You will support the Center of Excellence for Talent, Change, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by defining and promoting HR processes across business departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for talent and performance management processes and tools.
• Prepare internal documentation and materials for HR teams.
• Monitor and analyze data on key COE processes to track effectiveness.
• Coordinate activities within the HR team and across business units.

Required Skills

• University degree in social sciences, psychology, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• At least 3 months of prior experience in an HR capacity.
• International experience through internships or university courses.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies.
