You will drive end-to-end talent acquisition for US-based recruitment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for US roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment cycles and expectations.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
